At Da3m Integrated Solutions, we are committed to providing high quality IT products and services. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

 

  1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason, provided that all the following conditions are met:

The product is unused, uninstalled, and unconfigured

The product is in its original condition

The original packaging, accessories, manuals, and seals are intact

A valid invoice or proof of purchase is provided

Da3m reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 

  1. Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Software licenses, subscriptions, or digital products once activated

Products that have been installed, configured, or used

Customized or special order products

Project based or enterprise orders supplied under a quotation

Products with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of misuse

  1. Refunds

All returned items are subject to inspection.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping and delivery charges are non refundable, except when the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

 

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect products.

Requests are subject to inspection and approval by Da3m.

 

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, Da3m will arrange one of the following:

  • Replacement
  • Repair under warranty
  • Full refund (if replacement is not available)

 

  1. Warranty

All hardware products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, electrical issues, or unauthorized modifications.

Da3m may assist with warranty processing, subject to vendor approval.

  • Such orders are generally non‑returnable once accepted and delivered, unless defective.

  • Da3m is not the warranty provider unless explicitly stated.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Da3m is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
